Description	The Chauffeur's responsibilities include ferrying clients, driving them to specified locations, and ensuring that the vehicle remains in excellent condition. You should also assist clients with the loading and unloading of their personal luggages.

Responsibilities
	Ensure that all trips are done on the system.
	Thoroughly check your vehicle physically and ensure all is in order.
	Transfer all clients to their respective destinations, and handle clients professionally with care.
	Ensure that all transfers and movements are recorded in the operations book after every trip.
	Reporting on any mechanical breakdown to your supervisor.
	Report on next due service kms early enough i.e. 1,000 kms to service
	Ensure the vehicle has valid legal documents on the wind-screen i.e Insurance certificate, inspection certificate, TLB. Speed governors and music copyright certificate.
	Ensure the vehicle is mechanically sound e.g. Tyres are in good condition, the vehicle does not have dents, the vehicle is thoroughly clean both inside and outside.
	Ensure all the accountable documents at your disposal are well taken care of i.e. Receipt book, fuel log book, operations book
	Ensuring that the vehicle is equipped with necessary accessories
